As Genshin Touch confirmed Yae Miko releases in 2.v, new leaks have emerged with well-nigh notably screenshots of her Elemental Flare-up, and fans are wondering if it means Yae Miko has a fob class.

In Genshin Touch on, several supernatural Inazuma characters are based on Japanese folklore. Arataki Itto is an Oni, and Yae Miko is a Kitsune.

What's a Kitsune and is Yae Miko a Kyubi?

Kitsune are a blazon of youkai (monsters, spirits, etc) in Japanese folklore that you regularly see in anime and games. Kitsune are very powerful, intelligent, and can shapeshift, though most of the ones depicted in anime are women with trick ears and tails.

The Kyubi/Kurama in Naruto is based on information technology, as well as the Ninetales in Pokemon. Another case is Tamamo from Fate/Extra and the Nasuverse. Long story short, the number of tails a Kitsune has represents its power, with the maximum being nine tails, a Kyubi 九尾 .

Yae Miko has been confirmed in Genshin Impact's by quests and lore released so far to be a Kitsune. And seeing her power and her position every bit familiar of Ei, it's probable she's the well-nigh powerful version, a Kyubi.
